Service Description. This Site describes House Washing, Patio Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning, Sidewalk Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning, Bush Trimming provided by Hector's Exterior Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Hector's Exterior Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Hector's Exterior Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Hector's Exterior Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Hector's Exterior Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Hector's Exterior Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.
Updates. Hector's Exterior Services reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
